TERMS AND BOOKING POLICIES
Review deposits, cancellations, weather, property permission, site access and responsible wash-water requirements before booking.
Reservation deposits
Instant-book services require the deposit shown at checkout. The deposit reserves route time and is applied to the final service total. Customer cancellation deposits are generally non-refundable, but may be transferred once when the customer provides at least 24 hours notice. If Shine Hard cancels and a workable replacement time cannot be agreed upon, the deposit will be refunded.
Property permission and site access
The customer must have authority to approve detailing at the service location. Apartment, condominium, HOA, workplace and other managed properties may require written management permission. A resident, employee or tenant booking does not replace property-owner or management approval. Service may be refused or relocated when permission, safe access or a suitable work area cannot be verified.
Responsible wash-water management
No customer may direct or require Shine Hard to discharge wash water, extractor water, chemicals or residue into a street, gutter, storm drain, creek, landscaping area or other unauthorized location. Biodegradable product claims do not make a stormwater discharge acceptable. Shine Hard may use rinseless methods, containment, recovery or an approved off-site service location depending on vehicle condition and site requirements.
Service limitations
Heavy mud, oil contamination, engine-bay degreasing, undercarriage washing and other work likely to create uncontrolled wastewater require advance review and may be declined, relocated or separately quoted. Site and vehicle information must be accurate. No additional paid work is performed without customer approval.
Weather and water restrictions
Appointments may be delayed, modified or rescheduled because of rain, wind, unsafe temperatures, municipal water restrictions or other conditions affecting safety or compliant service. Weather notices are advisory until Shine Hard confirms a change.
City and property requirements
Mobile washing rules vary across the DFW Metroplex. A booking request is not a promise that every service can legally or safely be performed at every address. Shine Hard may request additional information or move the appointment to an approved location.
